- **Plan shipments**: Consider product availability and customer requests to plan shipments
- **Track orders**: Ensure orders are delivered on time
- **Prepare shipping documents**: Create invoices, purchase orders, and bills of lading
- **Coordinate supply chain**: Work with other departments to improve delivery quality
- **Schedule shifts**: Plan shifts for warehouse staff and drivers
- **Maintain records**: Keep track of orders, customers, and suppliers
- **Manage inventory**: Oversee warehouse stock levels and place orders when needed
- **Provide customer information**: Give customers updates on the status of their orders
- **Assist with budgeting**: Help create budgets for financial reports
- **Update rosters**: Maintain and update rosters
- **Log data**: Record logistics administration data in software
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
