**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Handle and respond to customer inquiries ensuring excellent customer service.
- Process and submit customer orders via the system.
- Assist the sales team with ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager, including preparation of sales materials.
- Support in managing product listings, promotions, and pricing updates on online platforms.
- Assist in preparing sales-related documentation such as invoices and purchase orders.
- Assisting in editing video and poster for company.

**REQUIREMENT SKILLS**
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related fields.
- Creative mind
- Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft, Inshot/Capcut or editing video apps
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
