**Responsibilities**:
- As part of the User Growth (Singapore) team, this role provides excellent exposure to user growth, platform operations and commercial topics.
- Responsible to drive platform traffic and user engagement strategies, supporting platform traffic and conversion.
- Work with both regional and local stakeholders to identify key campaigns and the monthly contents creation targets/strategies, which you'll influence stakeholders cross-functionally to meet.
- Co-work with regional content marketing team to use internal tools to conduct content analysis and come up with actionable learnings.
- Use your creativity and content knowledge to improve traffic, maximizing the impact of onsite promotion while ensuring the contents integrated across various paid channels are aligned with internal policies.
- Support both business/commercial team improve broadcast message efficiently with your sophisticated Content Marketing Skills
**Job Requirements**
Copy and content localization: ability to collaborate cross-functionally with regional content marketer to A/B test contents and use data proof to decipher content learnings and strategies.
- Record of working cross-functionally and collaboratively, preferably experienced with co-working with multiple teams to consolidate needed information and to turn such info to replicable written content or creatives.
- Ability to manage content creation timeline by breaking down with lead time, setting up deadlines, influencing multiple stakeholders to meet deadlines, while managing the final texts and creatives compliant to company policies and regulations.
- Fast learner who's goal-oriented and adaptable to fast-paced working environment while proactively initiating content creation analysis with little guidance.- Bilingual user with both Mandarin and English proficiency as this role requires Content Writing in both English and Chinese
- Familiarity with SEA ( especially Singapore) Market, able to resonate with Public through use of common language ( eg: slangs, words, unique lingos. )
