This position involves assisting with customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining sales records to ensure smooth sales operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Support**:

- Provide product information and assist customers with order placements.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
- **Order Processing**:

- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
- Track order status and coordinate with insurance companies / product providers.
- **Sales Administration**:

- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
- Organize and maintain sales materials and resources.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
