HR & Admin Manager

One of our clients as a startup company in FMCG is seeking for an HR/Admin Manager to cover a full spectrum of HR for Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam regions. It is expected that you will develop and implement all related employees/operations policies and procedures including employee retention & engagement.
Act as the HRBP in managing HR Operations and performance reviews as well as building KPI's and appraisals process.
This role will be handling Recruitment, Payroll processing and Compensation & Benefits.
**Requirements**:
- at least 5 years of equivalent experience in Leadership role
- Holds a bachelor's degree in HR or relevant fields
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation of the 3 regions (Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam) would be highly advantageous.
- Excellent communications skills (both writing & verbal) Chinese and English
- Open to travel within the mentioned regions.
**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mont Kiara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Human Resources Management: 5 years (required)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (required)
- Bahasa (preferred)
