- Ensuring new product success through close collaboration with research and design, manufacturing, marketing, and sales leadership.
- Interpreting regulatory requirements and driving approval processes related to product safety, labelling, performance/effectiveness claims.
- Accountable for post-launch product service and disposal.

- A bachelor's degree in food science, technology or related field.
- Supports and manages the new product development pipeline portfolio, to ensure smooth project flow.
- Open to steep learning curve to fast track the career path.
- Experience in scientific research and laboratory work may be advantageous.
