**Responsibilities**
- Prepare dough, toppings, and ingredients according to Roadside Pizza’s recipes and standards.
- Operate the oven and ensure every pizza meets our quality — perfect crust, balanced toppings, right timing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house crew for smooth daily operations.
- Follow proper food-safety and hygiene practices.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in **hot kitchen** or **pizza-making** is a **big plus**.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-heat environment.
- Positive attitude, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Willing to work weekends, (Monday Off)
- Team player with good communication skills.

**Nice to Have (Not Required)**
- Experience handling ovens or dough prep.
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
- Interest in artisan food, sourdough baking, or handmade cooking.
