Assist in handling day-to day purchasing, receiving and administrative tasks.
- Source for supplier's quotation, placing of order, arranging manpower of receiving goods, handle full spectrum of purchasing documentations.
- To handle purchase requisition, negotiations on purchase task, issuance of Purchase Order and follow up closely with vendor for the delivery.
- Keep track and updating on purchase and receiving of goods.
- Follow up closely on pending task.
- Perform general filing duties and maintain organized documentation.
- Provide administrative support including handling stock count, photocopy, matching invoices and purchase order and etc.
- Perform any other task and duties assign by superior.

**Requirements**:

- Working experience in Construction field is preferred.
- Computer literate, knowledge of MS Office & SQL software.
- Ability to write and converse well in Bahasa Malaysia, English and any Chinese dialects would be an advantage.
- Possess good communication & negotiation skills.
- Trustworthy and a good personality added advantage.
- Having responsibility and work with deadlines.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
