**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Payroll Management**:
- Process end-to-end payroll for multiple client accounts, ensuring accuracy in calculations for salaries, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of all statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Maintain impeccable payroll records and prepare reports for audit and reconciliation purposes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding payroll.
- **Client & Employee Liaison**:
- Collaborate directly with client HR and Finance teams to obtain necessary payroll approvals and data.
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all payroll and statutory documentation is complete.
- **HR Administrative Support**:
- Provide support on various HR tasks, including insurance claims, issuance of employment letters, and contract renewals.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in payroll processing or HR administration. (Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply).
- Working knowledge of Malaysian payroll statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with payroll software is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail, a commitment to confidentiality, and a proven ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
