**Customer Support and Sales Specialist (China Market)**

Our client, Koru Pharmaceuticals is a manufacturer of anti-aging medical aesthetics products that are supplied to all over the world.

We, Koru Global are looking for a few highly motivated customer support and sales specialists to provide marketing and sales support for Koru Pharmaceuticals to expand sales in China (and other markets if needed).

**Job responsibilities**:

- Establish, maintain & strengthen the good relationships with existing & new customers via different communication tools.
- Establish new networking.
- Provide pre and after-sales support.
- Handle customers' inquiries & requests.
- Process orders for customers.
- Enhance brand awareness and reputation.
- Document translation from English to Mandarin or vice versa.
- Traveling might be required, depend on the situation.
- Perform others duties as and when assigned by superior.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in speaking, writing and reading in **Mandarin & English**.
- Punctual and possess good communication skills, interpersonal skills, computer skills, problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with medical aesthetic market in China is preferred.
- At least **2 years** of medical aesthetic related work experience is preferred.
- Punctual and have good communication, interpersonal, problem-solving skills
- Able to multitask, work independently, work in a fast paced environment with good time management.
- China citizens that possess local working permit are welcome to apply.
- To be eligible to apply, applicants **must currently be residing in Malaysia**.

- 通过不同的沟通工具建立、维持和加强与现有和新客户的良好关系。
- 建立新的客户群。
- 提供售前和售后服务。
- 处理客户的询问和投诉。
- 为客户处理订单。
- 提升品牌知名度。
- 翻译文件与资料。
- 如有必要，需到国外出差。
- 执行上级分配的其他职责。

具备条件：
- 必须拥有学士学位或以上的学历
- 中英文书写沟通流利
- 熟悉中国医美市场优先考虑
- 拥有至少2年医疗美容相关工作经验优先考虑
- 准时并具备良好的沟通能力、人际交往能力、解决问题的能力
- 能够同时处理多项任务，独立工作，在快节奏的环境中工作，并具有良好的时间管理能力
