Corporate Secretarial Assistant

Assisting the Company Secretary in all aspects of corporate secretarial work, including preparing board and shareholder meeting agenda, minutes and resolutions
- Maintaining statutory records and registers for our clients, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Preparing and filing necessary documents and forms with the relevant authorities, such as the Companies Commission of Malaysia
- Providing advice and guidance to clients on corporate governance best practices
- Supporting the onboarding and ongoing management of new clients
- Collaborating with the wider team to deliver high-quality, efficient and reliable corporate secretarial services
**Job Type**: Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
