Johor Bahru, Malaysia First Engineering Plastics (M) Sdn Bhd Full time

1) Supervise a team of machinists, mold-makers and grinders to ensure that all mold

fabrication is carried out in accordance with the specification, requirements and scheduled time.

2) Responsible to monitoring the delivery for sub-contracted works.

3) Issue internal action request to the Team Leader and follow-up with the action

taken if the number of non-conformance exceeds the target.

4) Conduct on-the-job training to mold makers, grinders and machinists.

5) Responsible for daily manpower scheduling.

6) Provide technical assistance to daily process problem.

7) Monitor and reports manpower, machine and process performance to the

management.

8) Provide technical guidance related to mold fabrication.

9) Ensure that manufacturing process are performed according to establish

manufacturing plans and procedures.

10) Generate safety and housekeeping programs and ensuring that employees observe

company’s safety rules and housekeeping roaster.

11) Identify process bottleneck and recommend corrective actions.

12) To report to Superior if found any activities pertaining to Labor issue : Freely chosen

employment, Young workers, Working hours, Wages & benefits, Humane treatment,

Non-discrimination and Freedom of association.

13) To report to Superior if found any activities pertaining to Ethics issue : Business

integrity, No improper advantage, Disclosure of information, Intellectual property,

Fair business, advertising and competition, Protection of Identity and Non

retaliation, Privacy and Responsible sourcing of minerals.

14) To react by forward report from workers to Head of dept for any reported activities

pertaining to Labor and Ethics.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,999.67 - RM3,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

- Johor Bahru (required)
