**Job Summary**:
- Being the one-contact point between media agency & client in respect of marketing implementation.
- Lead and implement brand marketing strategy to achieve brand leadership within the agency's objectives.
- Creating and implementing overall advertising & promotional programs to support and drive brand performance.
- Monitor competitive product promotion and develop specific measures to counter competitive activity.
**Responsibilities**:
**Marketing planning & Execution**:
- Develop an overall marketing plan and measuring the return investment on various advertising tools and promotional activities.
- Providing on-going report that helps the team (Haw Par and DKSH) to reflect on the business. This cover: Key issues, opportunities, competitive activities, short term projects and where appropriate progress versus agreed milestones.
- Gather data to understand customer needs, market, market growth and competitive share position and initiate market research project if needed.
- Together with Client Management team, transform customer insights into marketing strategies and tactical plan for sales team execution.
- To prepare launch plan and forecast for new product. Ensure adhere to launch timeline and effectiveness of go-to-market plan.
- Hire and evaluate (advertising) agencies' performance.
- To grow within the categories that we are competing in.
**Digital: Social Media and E-Commerce Campaigns Management**:
- Demonstrate ability to leverage insights from other campaigns, internal and external benchmarks and ROI analyses to make recommendations to optimize resources and/or investment.
- Demonstrate ability to independently conduct analysis on our digital channels and engagement tools to improve outcomes.
- Demonstrate ability to independently analyze and evaluate data and challenge assumptions about scenarios, provide value to the outcomes, makes ROI projections and articulates decisions based on analysis.
**Client Relationship**:
- Develop and support client in building marketing strategies and optimize resources to achieve the goal.
- Maintain contact and build relationship with client and agencies to get support and grow the brand.
- Work closely with client management team to ensure the ATL and BTL programs (360° plans) are cohesive and executable
- To ensure profitability and sustainable relationship
**A&P**:
- To work with Client in formulation of A&P policy, guidelines and programs as well as to strategize and design the yearly A&P grid and more.
- Have regular meetings with Client management team and client to review on the A&P tracking and ensure spending and programs are on track
- To optimize A&P spend as per Budget with effective Marketing plans to achieve the brand objectives. (this it to avoid overspend / underspend)
- To eliminate financial exposure to DKSH.
**Marketing Support & Field visits**:
- Work with client management sales team to strategize and maximize brand exposure in the trade
- Work closely with client to plan and strategies national promotion to build and grow the brand
- To work with client management and sales team for field visit for better understanding of market trend, & competitive scenario.
- Good knowledge of competitors' activities.
- To facilitate better understanding of market for better decision & planning.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Advertising or equivalent
- 3-5 years experience in Brand building and Multichannel Marketing
- Manage and oversee team's delivery of teaM/Function goals to drive execution against goals set
- Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Marketing and DKSH behavior as part of continuous learning

Experience in designing digitally-driven programs as well as social media**.

ATL & BTL experience**
- Strong understanding of current online and offline marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices,
- Demonstrate fluency in English (both written and spoken)
