**Responsibilities**:
**1. Customer and Supplier Liaison**
- Assist in engaging with new and existing customers and suppliers for new projects.
- Prepare quotations, costings, and samples as required.
- Facilitate communication between customers/suppliers and internal teams to address project requirements and updates.

**2. Project Coordination**
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all project-related tasks are executed efficiently.
- Support commercial team in tracking project progress and resolving any issues that arise.

**3. Documentation Management**
- Update and maintain project documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Organize and file relevant documentation in accordance with company procedures.

**4. Business Opportunity Exploration**
- Assist in liaising with relevant agencies, media, and cyber companies to explore and identify new business opportunities.
- Support efforts to expand the company’s market presence and develop new business relationships.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage for communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
