人力資源和客戶管理員執行官負責人力資源 (HR) 和

有效地執行多任務。
**主要責任:**
**1)人力資源管理:**
- 協助招募流程,包括發布職缺、篩選履歷、安排面試以及與候選人溝通。
- 協調新進員工入職活動,包括完成文書工作、入職培訓和提供必要的資源。
- 維護員工記錄和資料庫,確保準確性和機密性。
- 支援與人力資源相關的活動,例如績效評估、培訓計劃和員工敬業度計劃
- 處理員工有關人力資源政策、福利和程序的詢問。
**2)行政支援:**
- 為辦公室提供一般行政支持,包括管理信件、安排會議和組織旅行安排。
- 維護辦公用品庫存並根據需要下訂單,以確保順利運作。協助為內部和外部利害關係人準備報告、簡報和其他文件。
- 處理來電和電子郵件,適當重定向查詢並確保及時回覆。
- 協調辦公室維護和維修,根據需要與外部供應商聯絡。
**3)記錄管理:**
- 管理歸檔系統和電子資料庫,以確保有效率地儲存和檢索文件。
- 維護敏感資訊的機密性和安全性,包括員工記錄和財務資料。
- 出於合規目的協助記錄保存,例如維護培訓、認證和許可證的記錄。
**4)辦公室管理:**
- 監督日常辦公室運作,確保乾淨、有秩序、有利的工作環境。
- 監控和補充辦公用品、設備和便利設施,以滿足員工的需求。
- 協調會議、活動和大會的後勤工作,包括房間預訂、餐飲安排和視聽設置。
- 實施和執行辦公室政策和程序,以促進有效率和安全的工作場所。
**資格:**
- 人力資源文憑或同等學歷。
- 至少2年相關經驗優先,歡迎應屆畢業生。
- 較強的人際溝通和溝通能力。
- 熟悉馬來西亞勞工法和人力資源實務。
- 能夠誠信地處理機密事務。
- 學習能力強,能夠獨立工作。
- 精通馬來語、英語或華語,以便有效溝通。
