**WE’RE HIRING: OPERATIONS ASSISTANT**
Location: Semenyih | Full-Time | Fast-Paced Environment

Are you organized, tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment? We’re looking for an **Operations Assistant** to join our growing team and help us scale our daily operations across multiple online platforms.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Order Processing & Fulfillment**
- Manage and process daily orders from Shopee, TikTok Shop, Shopify, etc.
- Verify customer details, order items, and shipping info for accuracy.
- Coordinate with the packing/logistics team to ensure timely and error-free fulfillment.

**2. Product Listings & Updates**
- Upload new product listings with accurate descriptions, prices, and stock levels.
- Ensure all listings are SEO-optimized with high-quality images and clear product details.

**3. Customer Service**
- Resolve order-related issues, returns, and complaints efficiently.
- Follow up for feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.

**4. Inventory Monitoring**
- Monitor stock levels and notify the team on restock needs.
- Support with stocktaking and assist in preparing basic inventory reports.

**5. Platform Management**
- Keep online storefronts updated with banners, layouts, and product highlights.
- Set up vouchers, discounts, and flash sales in line with marketing plans.

**6. Reporting & Admin**
- Generate daily sales summaries, invoices, and performance reports.
- Assist with customer database, financial data entry, or campaign tracking as required.

**Requirements**:
**Education & Experience**
- SPM/Diploma in Business Admin, E-Commerce, or related field.
- Preferably 1 year of experience in e-commerce/admin (Fresh grads are welcome to apply).

**Skills**
- Familiar with platforms like Shopee, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or Lazada.
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets & basic admin tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, fast learner & solution-oriented.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
