Key Responsibilities:
**1. Recruitment and Staffing**:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and

onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

**2. Employee Relations**:

- Act as a point of contact for employee issues and concerns.
- Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees and management.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

**3. Performance Management**:

- Develop and implement performance management systems.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
- Identify areas for employee improvement and coordinate training programs.

**4. Training and Development**:

- Assess training needs and develop training programs.
- Conduct orientation sessions and onboarding for new hires.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

**5. Compensation and Benefits**:

- Oversee the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures.
- Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance to employees.

**6. Compliance and Policy Management**:

- Ensure compliance with national employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.

**7. HR Strategy and Planning**:

- Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Participate in strategic planning and provide insights on HR-related matters.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or

HR certification preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience. Proven experience in recruitment,

employee relations, performance management, and HR strategy.

**Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- In-depth understanding of labor law and HR best practices.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources Management: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
