- Assist HR team with the hiring process, from job postings to interviews and onboarding.

**Employee Relations**:

- Address employee concerns and grievances.
- Foster a positive workplace culture.

**Performance Management**:

- Assist in setting performance goals (KPI)

**Training and Development**:

- Identify training needs and develop programs.
- Promote continuous professional development.

**Compliance and Policy Management**:

- Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and update company policies.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation.

**Organizational Development**:

- Support organizational change initiatives.
- Facilitate team-building and leadership development.

**Data Management and Reporting**:

- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making.

**Payroll report**:

- Prepare monthly payroll report and memo
- Calculate prorated salary for resigned and new employees.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
