**Job: Office Coordinator**

- Location: M.M.B. Marketing Company Sdn. Bhd. (Kuching, Sarawak), Batu 5 jalan Penrissen_
**Job Scope / Responsibilities**:
1. Lead and monitor staff on responsible departments.
2. Coordinate updates and modifications of all departments’ progress and performance including KPI’s and Daily/monthly report of department.
3. Motivate, train, coach, and lead the team as to ensure effective operation procedures and meeting the company’s KPIs.
4. Responsible on monitor and checking stoke take result by storekeeper.
5. Organize meeting for each of the department (weekly / monthly).
6. Ensure that procedures, work instructions and housekeeping are carried out diligently
7. Responsible in stock take (raw material) on responsible departments.
8. Keep track and renew company's transportation vehicles license, and also help booking for vehicles service and maintenance.
9. Perform any other duties/assignments as assigned by the management.
**Requirements**:
1. At least 2 years and above of working experience in related field.
3. Required Language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia (able to speak in Mandarin is an advantage)
4. Adaptability to change and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Good in communication skills, Problem solving and Decision-making skills.

Salary range: RM2000-RM2800++ (Depending on working experience)
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
