**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provides administrative support to CEO.
- Assisting CEO in the coordination of daily operation.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
- Attend meetings, take clear and accurate minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and various departments, ensuring clear communication and task follow-through.
- Track progress on key initiatives and provide regular status updates to the CEO.
- Collect, review, and prioritize documents and requests for CEO approval or signature.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, or support role.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- High level of professionalism and discretion.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
