We're Hiring – Admin Operations Officer (Curtain & Interior Deco)
Jalan Sekama, Kuching
Full-time | Mon–Fri 8.45am–5PM | Saturday 8.45am–3PM
Do you enjoy organizing, coordinating, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Join our growing team in the curtain and interior decor industry
What You'll Be Doing:
- Prepare quotations & follow up with customers
- Schedule site visits & installation appointments
- Coordinate with installers & monitor job progress
- Maintain records: stock, job sheets, delivery notes
- Handle filing, forms, and simple admin reports
- Communicate with clients via WhatsApp & calls
- Key in data using AutoCount system
What We're Looking For:
- Good command of English & Malay (Mandarin is a plus)
- Self-motivated, organized & detail-oriented
- Able to multitask & meet deadlines
- Familiar with Microsoft Word & Excel
- Experience in admin or coordination preferred (training provided)
- Able to adapt, responsible, and with a good working attitude
