**Operations & Admin Executive**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **A) General Admin & HR**_
- Maintain office supplies, documents, filing systems and office cleanliness
- Assist with banking matters e.g. cheques & TT
- Manage employee attendance, overtime, leave records; issue payslips and warning letters
- **B) Operations Coordination**_
- Liaise with suppliers and transporters; track shipping documents
- Coordinate production schedules and track work progress with factory supervisors
- Support invoicing and collection of payments from customers
- **C) Support to Management**_
- Prepare reports, memos and meeting minutes
- Track progress and present status updates at team meetings
- Assist CEO with special projects, production reporting and internal coordination
**Criteria**:
- 2 years experience in manufacturing / factory admin role
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Good command of English & BM; Mandarin is an added advantage
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
