Sales Support Admin Assistant

Our client is a global financial company focusing on international payments and currency exchange. Established in 2004, it's a leader in the industry, serving clients worldwide with a focus on innovation and customer care.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Supporting Teams**:
- Help Sales, Relationship Management, and Merchant Services with admin tasks and communication.
**Handling Inquiries and Complaints**:
- Answer internal teams' questions and issues about client transactions.
- Escalate complex problems to the right people.
**Monitoring Cases and Compliance**:
- Keep track of client cases to ensure they're resolved on time.
- Work with teams to solve problems and meet service standards.
**Managing Data and Reporting**:
- Update client records accurately and keep documents organized.
- Create reports on how things are going.
**Assisting with Projects**:
- Help with research, data, and other tasks as needed.
- Be flexible and ready to take on new responsibilities.
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or customer support role within the financial services industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
