Admin Assistant

**Job Requirement**:
- Female
- Can understand Tamil is an advantages
- Minimum diploma in any related field.
- Or at least 1 years working experience in admin or secretarial
- Familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Someone who is available immediately would be added advantage.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Administrative Support:
a) Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
b) Issue purchase order, invoices, and update summary sales.
2. Reminder:
a) Maintain accurate calendars and provide timely reminder for ensuring all appointments and commitments are kept in order.
3. Communication:

a) Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
5. Record Keeping:
a) Maintain organized and up-to-date records, files, and databases, both electronic and physical.
6. Meeting Coordination:
a) Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as needed.
7. Confidentiality:
a) Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
8. Team Collaboration:
a) Collaborate effectively with other staff and departments to ensure smooth office / operations.
9. Special Projects:
a) Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Management, including conducting research, gathering data, and preparing reports.
Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
