**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**

1. Support Sales Team after sales / orders has been concluded
- Create sales order on behalf of sales team: calculate selling price (based on latest cost price)
- Incorporating relevant freight as well as price of last quote to customers
- Generate Proforma Invoice for Sales Team approval
- Advice customer stocks and shipment availability

2. Liaise with production department on stocks availability
- Co-ordinate with Production planner for stocks arrangement
- Release sales order for production planning
- To get confirmation from production planner on stocks availability.

3. Arrange of shipment for delivery
- Book vessel through freight forwarder
- Prepare shipping documents for Custom purposes
- Arrange cargo delivery to Port / arrange haulage for container loading

4. Shipment arrangement & processing
- To prepare proper shipping documents complies with the Customer’s requirement and to courier the shipping documents on time
- Prepare LC instruction to freight forwarder for BL issuance
- Perform checks on draft BL and on other commercial documents (such as Invoices, Beneficiary's Certificate, Packing List, COA, etc)

5. Others:

- Arrange trading shipment
- Sample delivery
- Handle customer complaints
- Liaise with Custom Dept, FMM, Chinese Chamber, MITI and related government authorities
- Liaise with independent surveyor for shipment required third party inspection
- Liaise with Insurance company in case of damages and losses of local and export shipments
- To carry out any related duties assigned by superior from time to time

**Qualifications**

Diploma / Degree holder in related field i.e: Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics etc

**Experience**

Preferably supervisory level specializing in Logistic /Supply chain management. Min 1- or 2-years working experience in Shipping Operations or Logistic

Requirement Language: Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin

Good Personality, able to communicate with all level of personnel and good co-operation

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
