Red Fitness Centre is a growing boutique gym brand known for personalized training experiences, expert coaching, and premium equipment. With multiple branches across Klang Valley, we are now expanding to Setapak and looking for dynamic, certified Personal Trainers to be part of our new team.

**Job Summary**:
The sales service consultant is responsible for selling the company's products and services by

generating leads through multi-channel sources, excellent sales pitches, and meeting new prospective customers & members, and fostering good relationships with existing club members and prospective members for future sales.

The Sales service consultant will also perform Front of House Duties to provide

motivation, guidance, support, and cashier duties to members to ensure the company's customer service is rendered diligently and promptly, also conducting Personal Training sessions when necessary.

**Sales Service Consultant/Personal Trainer Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Use multi-channel sources to generate leads and manage them from start to finish.
- Makes Sales Calls, 3 appointments, 2 sales presentations, and collected 10 LTRQ Leads
- Perform front desk and cashier duties during your given work shift
- Follow proper safety protocols, guidelines, and shift attendance.
- Monitor members' membership expiry dates and renew their memberships.
- Make service calls and floor walk
- Handle members' complaints or concerns regarding club issues and feedback
- Collaborate with other fitness staff and management to maximize members' satisfaction.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote

membership and product sales.
- Maintain accurate records of Daily sales activity
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment for members & staff. Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling, billing, and client communications.
- Help maintain a neat, clean, and pleasant environment on the Wellness floor
- Teach and guide members on the proper and preferred use of all the strength training equipment
- Inform members of new information regarding promotion and club communications.
- Attend staff meetings and participate in team trainings
- Stay current on fitness concepts and ideas
- Attend company outreach and flyer distribution to attract new customers
- Design, develop, and implement personalized exercise programs tailored to each client’s

individual goals, which may include weight loss, strength training, cardiovascular improvement, or

flexibility enhancement.
- Lead one-on-one and group training sessions, ensuring clients are using proper techniques and

maintaining safe workout practices. Provide motivation, support, and encouragement to help

clients achieve their fitness goals.
- Keep accurate records of client sessions, payments, and progress. Submit necessary reports and

paperwork promptly.
- Strict adherence & participation in Flier Drop & Casual Leasing Set-up based on the location of each Branch.
- Conduct 1-on-1 and small group personal training sessions.
- Design customized fitness programs tailored to client goals (e.g. fat loss, strength, rehabilitation).
- Track client progress, provide guidance, and motivate them toward achieving fitness milestones.
- Perform fitness assessments and health screenings.
- Promote safety, proper technique, and injury prevention.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention and referrals.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper usage of equipment in the training area.
- Actively participate in gym promotions, events, and outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with the branch team to maintain Red Fitness culture and service standards.
- Daily social media posting content on all Red Fitness social media based on Branch.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
