**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an E-Commerce & Store Operations Associate. This role will support both our online sales platforms and our physical retail store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day business activities.

**E-Commerce Management**:

- List single trading cards and other products on our website and Shopee platforms.
- Perform daily price updates based on market trends using an Excel sheet with pricing links.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date product listings, including images and descriptions.

**In-Store Operations**:

- Handle daily opening and closing procedures, including preparing the store, stocking shelves, and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Assist walk-in customers by providing product recommendations and excellent customer service.
- Manage in-store sales transactions, including operating the cashier system.

**Event Support (Occasional)**:

- Assist with in-store event setups, registrations, and operations during tournaments or promotional activities.
- Continue to manage online and in-store tasks during event periods

**Preferred Skills and Attributes**:

- Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in pricing and inventory management.
- Customer-oriented mindset with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency with Excel, e-commerce platforms, and online order systems.
- Basic knowledge of trading card games
- Fresh graduates is welcome to apply

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From RM10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 10 per week
