We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts. The promotion of products and services through digital channels is a complex procedure with great potential which becomes increasingly useful for companies such as ours.

**Job responsibilities**

(1) Manage full sales cycle (will be trained by leader if have no experience)

(2) To promote and sell training programs to existing and new company

(3) Conduct thorough phone / internet research on the given markets while qualifying potential customers.

(4) Foster strong client relationship and develop strong understanding of client’s business.

(5) Willing to meet clients to discuss training matters with potential clients.

(8) To make research or background studies on potential clients/companies

(9) To meet KPI on daily / weekly & monthly basis.

(10) Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with customers (B2B customers)

(11) Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram etc. to increase sales leads, company, and brand awareness.

(12) Leads research from social media.

(13) Manage Landing pages and Event pages.

(14) Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.)

(15) Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)

(17) Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics etc.)

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Skills and experience in creative content writing
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Marketing or relevant field
- Required 1-3 year(s) of working experience in the digital marketing field.
- Resourceful, organized, and meticulous.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Pleasant disposition, excellent interpersonal skills with good problem solving and analytical skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Aggressive, result oriented, willing to accept challenges & high achievers
- Active in all social media platforms.
- Good communications skills Bm and BI
- Bachelor degree with related work experience is encourage to apply
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Sales - Telesales / Telemarketing or equivalent

**Benefits**:

- Work 5 days a week from Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
