We are seeking a meticulous and responsible **Order Processing Assistant/Executive** to support our **Retail Department** in handling order fulfillment activities related to online sales platforms such as **Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop**. This role bridges the gap between online platform sales and the physical retail team, ensuring smooth coordination of orders, inventory, packing, and delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process and manage **daily orders** received from Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other platforms under the Retail Department.
- Liaise with **warehouse or retail outlets** to coordinate product picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure **inventory accuracy** by updating stock records and flagging low stock or out-of-stock items.
- Work closely with the **Retail Sales and Logistics teams** to ensure smooth order flow and timely delivery.
- Print and prepare **order documentation**, including invoices, shipping labels, and packing lists.
- Monitor **returns, cancellations, and refund requests**, and update records accordingly.
- Assist in preparing for monthly campaigns and retail promotions by ensuring product availability and readiness.
- Support administrative retail tasks such as **report generation**, stock reconciliation, and daily order tracking.

**Requirements**:.
- **1-2 years** of experience in order processing, retail coordination, or related fields.
- Familiarity with **Shopee Seller Centre, Lazada Seller Centre, and TikTok Shop** dashboards is a plus.
- Good communication and coordination skills to work across departments.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple orders and timelines efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable with data entry and order reports.
- Able to work under pressure during peak sales periods or campaigns.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
