We are looking for an International Marketing Team Lead with sales experience that is eager in coordinating a marketing squad in achieving the company sales standard. ‍

What will we be expecting you to do?
- Managing the sales and marketing team (including trainees) to achieve the target.
- Handling and referring forthcoming issues with sales to a higher authority; completing the sales in coordination with both team and clients.
- Training, and motivating the marketing team towards the sales and target.
- Responsible for successfully formulating the ISO Training batches as scheduled.
- Reporting to management on Daily, weekly, and monthly plans & reports.
- Expanding the business in Southeast Asia. (Thailand, Philippines, etc.)

Are you the one we are looking for?
- At least 2 years’ experience in sales. Concept sales experience is an advantage.
- Ready to take up challenges and handle a team. Experience in team handling is an advantage.
- Ready to coordinate with various international marketing offices in South East Asia and Head office through its timings.
- Proficient in handling Microsoft office, excel, PPT, and internet activities such as social media marketing, bulk mailing, etc.
- Proficient English, Malay, Indonesia (any other southeast Asian language will be an added advantage).

What can we provide?
- Salary (starting at RM 2500, depending on experience) + incentives based on the revenue achieved through the team.
- On Confirmation, EPF/SOCSO provided.

- Minimum 1-year contract
- 5 days working hours, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm (No weekend or holiday works)
