**Job Purpose**:
Admin Assist reports to HR Manager with the following main tasks:

- Ensuring smooth administrative support for the office.
- Prepare and process payroll on timely basis
- Implementing other administrative tasks as needed and upon request

**Key Responsibilities**:
Administrative Duties
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and events
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment

Payroll Duties
- Collect, verify, and process employee time and attendance records
- Calculate salaries, wages, bonuses, deductions, and taxes
- Prepare and process payroll on a timely basis
- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations
- Update employee records and maintain accurate payroll data
- Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits
- Generate and analyze payroll reports

Experience & Skills
- At least 4 years of similar experience
- Must have attention to detail
