We need 2 to 3 years experienced outlet managers / store managers in each of our 5 locations at bukit bintang, bukit jali, klia, mid valley, putrajaya.

Job description.
- To ensure sales targets for your outlets are achieved.
- To take full ownership and responsibility for the assets and operations of your outlets.
- To report regularly to your Reporting Manager on
- Stock issues at your outlet - pricing issues, monitoring both top sellers and non-moving stocks.
- Feedback received from customers on our products.
- Feedback from customers on latest trends in Modest Fashion.
- Ideas on new products / fashion, that you have seen customers wearing.
- To build, train, and lead a strong sales team and ensure they are target focused.
- To ensure good employees feel appreciated, heard, and as if someone is “looking out” for them.
- To give the team members regular feedback about their performance, including what they do well and where they need to improve, with special attention toward low performers to ensure they improve or are transitioned out.
- To ensure team members are following Company policies. Store Guidelines must be followed.
- To manage the Staff Rooster on monthly & daily basis. To ensure that staff come on time, and to manage sudden staff absences.
- To ensure bank drop happens every day and to send the DSR Sales Reports to Service Office (Accounts Team) every week.
- To ensure the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the store. And that the VM In-charge in the team, is fulfilling their responsibilities.
- To ensure that there is no pilferage/damage or shortages in stocks. In case any pilferage/ shortage is found in the store, the entire store team will need to pay for the pilfered/short stock.
- To have a short meeting with the team daily, and focus on motivation to achieve targets, VM display issues, stock issues, and feedback.
- To ensure staff who have taken ‘MC leave’ fill up the relevant form after their return to duty, and the same is forwarded to the Admin In-charge at Service Office.
- To approve Leave Application (in coordination with your Reporting Manager) and to manage the rooster accordingly.
- To ensure that TOs (stock receipts from DC / Pull backs to DC / IBTs) are handled correctly in the system, to reduce stock loss and variations.
- To maintain required levels of stationary, shopping bags, etc. at the outlet.
- To ensure staff is wearing complete uniform and look neat and tidy.
- At the start of a promotion, to ensure stocks are displayed correctly and all promotional materials and displays are in order. To also ensure that all promotional stocks and materials are removed from the outlet, at the end of the promotion.
- When required, to assist with the management of online shopping channels.
- Any other duties or tasks delegated by your Reporting Manager.
- To maintain and follow all procedures as prescribed by the SOP of the Company from time to time.
**Requirements**:
1. Experience: 2 to 3 years working experience in the retail industry.
2. Must have at least 1 year of experience supervising retail staff either as a manager/ assistant, or supervisor.

Note:
Working days: 6 days in a week

Off day is not allowed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
