**Job Descriptions**

1.Oversee day to day retail operations including manpower arrangement, outlet staff training, coaching, customer service quality, visual merchandizing and inventory control.

2. Setting high SOP for the daily operations and ensure all are implemented well at all store levels.

3. Fully responsible for all the stores operating management including manage opening new store operations, supervising, guiding, and improving staff performance overall.

4. Assist in the store’s recruitment, hiring, facilitating communication between the retail operations, headquarters, and store staff

5. Work with management to organize and plan team member schedules, taking into account labor needs, availability, and budgetary constraints.

6. Handling customer complaints and problems related to the store management.

7. Stock Management that involves stock take, ordering, storing, tracking and monitoring stock levels.

**Requirements**:

- Must experience minimum five (5) years’ experience in retail fashion and accessories industry.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Operations-minded and hands-on, ready to spend time in stores to help the store team solve issues, motivate them.
- Strategic thinking with ability to develop and implement retail strategies.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build consensus across multi
- functional teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
