Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end outlet operations to ensure optimal efficiency, service quality, and profitability.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire the team to achieve high performance standards, excellent customer service, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and QA/QC standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Manage inventory and stock control, including supplier coordination, ordering, receiving, and cost management.
  • Address customer feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly to maintain strong customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage staff duty rosters based on business volume, peak hours, and operational requirements.
  • Analyze outlet performance and sales data, preparing actionable reports and recommending strategic improvements.
  • Implement and uphold company SOPs, policies, and operational guidelines consistently across the outlet.
  • Communicate regularly with upper management regarding operational updates, manpower needs, challenges, and improvement plans.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks, emergencies, and crisis situations calmly and effectively as they arise.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Store/Outlet Manager in the F&B industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, team-management, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Customer Service: Demonstrated track record of delivering excellent customer satisfaction and service recovery.
  • Education: Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Languages: Excellent communication skills in both English and Malay.
  • Vaccination: Fully vaccinated (minimum 2 doses).
  • Transport: Own transport is preferred for ease of commute and operational mobility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
