**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing key corporate clients to ensure retention and growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to evaluate satisfaction, share performance metrics, and discuss new opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and convert new corporate prospects into long-term clients.
- Understand client needs and align product or service offerings to provide value-driven solutions.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve product/service offerings based on client feedback.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and service level agreements (SLAs) with corporate clients.
- Ensure all agreements comply with company policies and profitability goals.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Provide regular reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and client activity to senior management.

**Key Requirements**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in corporate sales, key account management, or a related role, with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and client insights.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- This opportunity is available to individuals authorized to work in Malaysia.

Pay: RM120,000.00 - RM144,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Corporate Sales: 5 years (preferred)
- Sales and Account Management: 5 years (preferred)
- Negotiation and Presentation: 5 years (preferred)
- Data Analysis and Reporting: 5 years (preferred)
