**Job Summary**:
At ECW Motorsports, we specialise in performance tuning, general automotive repairs, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a **passionate and sales-driven Workshop Service Advisor** to join our energetic team. This is a full-time position based in Kuching, Sarawak workshops.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist walk-in and appointment customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle service enquiries and bookings (in-person, online, or by phone)
- Translate customer complaints into clear job orders for the technical team
- Advise customers on recommended services, repairs, and preventive maintenance
- Prepare and explain quotations, invoices, and repair timelines
- Upsell services and products such as engine treatments, maintenance packages, and accessories
- Coordinate with workshop technicians for job scheduling and progress updates
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction before, during, and after the service
- Follow up on incomplete jobs and pending customer approvals
- Maintain accurate service records and reporting for workshop operations

**Requirements**:

- **Age**: 30 years and below
- **Language**: Fluent in **Malay** and **English**:

- **Experience**:

- **Minimum 2 years of experience** as a Service Advisor in an automotive workshop or service centre
- **Sales-driven** mindset with a proven ability to upsell services or packages
- **Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance** processes
- Minimum **2 years of experience** as a Service Advisor in an automotive workshop
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and follow-up skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet customer expectations
