**Salary Range: Basic RM3.5k-RM4k**

**Working Hours : 6 working days, 8:30am-5pm (Mon-Sat)**

**Working Location : Pontian Johor**

**Requirements**:
Job Overview: The Safety Supervisor is responsible for implementing and enforcing health and safety policies and procedures on precast production sites. This role ensures compliance with local regulations and industry standards to maintain a safe working environment for all employees and subcontractors

**Job Scopes**
- Identifying potential risks within the work environment and identify unsafe act and unsafe condition at factory.
- To assist in liaise with local authorities for Safety & Health Matter.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with all safety regulations, policies, and procedures within the precast yard and project sites.
- Issue Permit To Work (PTW) for related works and review work method statement (MS) on safety & health matters.
- Daily Workplace unsafe act & condition monitoring.
- Ensure proper usage of personal protective equipment (PPE) by all staff and visitors.
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions for new and existing workers.
- Monitoring all related factory activities and conducting regular inspection and ensuring the work being carried out is in line with approved JSA, Risk Assessment, Method statement and approved
- Permit to Work System for every activity being carried out.
- Assist the Safety Officer to organize and lead site investigation and mitigate and safety incidents, if occurred.
- To assist in conducting induction and toolbox meeting and safety task briefing to workers and sub-contractors.
- To assist in monitoring all the factory machineries routine physical inspections & records keepings such as gantry/overhead cranes, rebar machines, turn table, lifting gears & etc.
- To assist in monitoring all the factory electrical hand and power tools routine physical inspection &
- To assist in records keepings such as hacker, grinder, welding set & etc
- Weekly workplace and plant audit.
- Maintain safety records, reports, compilation & submission of documents & records related to Occupational Safety & Health
- Any other duties and responsibilities that assigned by superior from time to time.

**Job Requirments**
- Possess a valid Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) certificate issued by CIDB Malaysia.
- Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health or related field is an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a precast or construction environment.
- Good knowledge of local safety laws and industry practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
