_Entomo is seeking a highly motivated _**Associate Product Owner (APO)**_ _to join our _**Government Technology (GovTech)**_ _vertical. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the ongoing digital transformation of government services and public sector operations._

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the product development lifecycle for digital government solutions across web and mobile platforms.
- Assist senior product owners in ensuring timely and effective rollout of product features in an agile development environment.
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to align with strategic goals and the evolving needs of government clients.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, quality assurance, and government stakeholders—to ensure solutions meet user needs, regulatory standards, and security requirements.
- Participate in stakeholder engagement efforts, including gathering and refining product requirements, documenting business needs, and supporting change management.
- Contribute to risk identification and mitigation strategies to ensure successful product delivery within defined scope, budget, and timelines.
- Assist in writing user stories, defining product features, and documenting technical and functional requirements.
- Conduct feature research and competitive analysis to support product planning and strategic decision-making.
- Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to recommend and support iterative improvements.
- Stay informed about trends, technologies, and best practices in the GovTech sector.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a product management or product owner role, preferably within the technology or public sector space.
- Fresh graduates with relevant academic background or internship experience in relevant field are encouraged to apply.
- Foundational understanding of government processes, regulatory environments, and stakeholder dynamics.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and user story creation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Business Management, Public Policy, Digital Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Exposure to digital transformation initiatives in the public sector is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with an appreciation for the needs of public sector clients and end users.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
