**Human Resource & Administrative Executive (Recruitment)**

**Job description**
- Execute the full recruitment cycle
- Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to compile a consistent list of requirements
- Leading recruitment drives and internship programs
- Coordinating onboarding and performing new joiner’s orientation program
- Work alongside training and development to maintain training programs pertaining to Mission, Vision and Core values
- Any other task that may be assigned by your superior or Management

**Requirements**:

- _**A degree in Human Resource Management and 5 years recruitment experience or a Diploma in any field with at least 10 years of relevant work experience in recruitment and training **_
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- _**Must be able to fluent spoken and written English or Bahasa Malaysia.**_
- _ **The ability to speak basic Mandarin will be an added advantage**_
- A good _**working knowledge of Linkedin, Facebook and other job or social media portals related to recruitment**_

**Location : Segambut, Kuala Lumpur**

**Salary : RM 4,000 - RM 6,000**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
