Position : Regional HR Specialist

Salary Range : up to RM 7,000

Location : Bangsar South, KL

Working Hours : Monday - Friday

**Job Scope**
- Participate in interviews and ensure recruitment procedures comply with internal policies and are well-documented.
- Work closely with department managers to plan and coordinate induction schedules and onboarding logistics for new hires.
- Conduct HR induction sessions and maintain up-to-date onboarding materials aligned with current company practices.
- Coordinate with the office administrator to ensure smooth preboarding processes and a positive new hire experience.
- Provide regular recruitment updates to stakeholders and maintain transparent communication throughout the hiring process.
- Draft and circulate new hire announcements to internal teams.
- Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS, including leave and attendance tracking, system administration, and report generation.
- Prepare and issue HR-related letters (e.g., offer letters, confirmation letters) and maintain organized personnel files.
- Administer and support employee benefits for the Malaysia office and regional teams, ensuring timely processing and communication.
- Handle employee data with strict confidentiality and demonstrate high standards of integrity and discretion.
- Support additional HR functions such as operations, administrative tasks, employee engagement activities, wellness initiatives, and ad hoc projects as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
- 3-4 years of hands-on HR experience with strong exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of English.
- Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Positive attitude with a collaborative mindset; able to work effectively across departments and hierarchical levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build productive working relationships.
- Highly organized, capable of multitasking, and able to manage priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, with high accuracy in documentation, record-keeping, and follow-up.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Solid understanding of Malaysian labor laws and HR compliance standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM7,000.00 per month
