Working Hours : Monday - Friday

**Job Summary**
The Regional HR Specialist is responsible for driving and managing the full-cycle recruitment process to ensure the company attracts and hires top talent efficiently and professionally. This role works closely with hiring managers to deliver a smooth and structured onboarding experience while maintaining clear and timely communication with all relevant stakeholders. In addition to talent acquisition, the role supports a range of HR operational functions including HRIS maintenance, employee benefits administration, and documentation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Participate in interviews and ensure all recruitment processes are compliant and properly documented.
- Partner with department managers to plan and coordinate onboarding schedules and logistics for new hires.
- Conduct HR induction sessions and regularly update onboarding materials to align with current company policies and practices.
- Coordinate with the office administrator to facilitate smooth preboarding arrangements and a positive new hire experience.
- Provide regular recruitment updates to hiring managers and other key stakeholders.
- Draft and circulate internal new hire announcements.
- Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS, including administration of leave, attendance, and HR reporting.
- Prepare and issue HR-related letters and maintain an organized filing system.
- Administer and support employee benefit programs for the Malaysia office and the broader regional team.
- Ensure confidentiality and demonstrate high integrity when handling sensitive employee data.
- Support broader HR functions, including operations, administration, employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and HR projects.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- 3-4 years of hands-on HR experience, with solid exposure to full-cycle recruitment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset; able to work effectively across departments and levels.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working independently with mínimal supervision.
- Good working knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR compliance practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Up to RM7,000.00 per month
