Join a Leading International Logistics MNC as a **Regional Air Customer Service Specialist**
- **Location**: George Town, Penang

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage air freight movements, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Anticipate and resolve transit delays, customs clearance issues, and other shipment challenges.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and proactive solutions.
- Ensure all processes adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
- Work closely with internal teams, carriers, and overseas counterparts for seamless logistics operations.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience** - 2+ years in Air Freight Customer Service or Air Freight Operations.
- **Customer-Centric Mindset** - Strong communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- **Ability to Thrive Under Pressure** - Adaptable to fast-paced and high-pressure logistics environments.
- **Analytical & Detail-Oriented** - Strong attention to detail with a problem-solving approach.
