**Internship Opportunity - Event & Operations Support**

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Duration: 3-6 months

**About Us**:
We’re a lean, dynamic event production company passionate about delivering impactful, on-ground experiences. With a small team of committed professionals, we handle everything from creative proposals to flawless event execution, and we know how to have fun doing it No two days are the same for us at Contagious, and we love it like that We’re looking for an intern to support our daily operations, giving you hands-on experience in the world of events, while easing the load of day-to-day tasks for our growing team.

**What You’ll Do**:
As an intern, you’ll focus on key tasks across four main areas:
1. Proposal Development Support (50%)
- Research venues, suppliers, and event trends
- Beautify decks and ensure consistent formatting
- Source royalty-free images and icons
- Organize and maintain proposal templates and archives

2. Event Day Support (30%)
- Assist with guest registration and logistics
- Liaise with vendors for arrival/setup coordination
- Handle on-site tasks like signage, giveaways, and errand runs
- Capture behind-the-scenes photos/videos

3. Office Housekeeping (5%)
- Monitor and restock pantry supplies
- Keep digital files organized and labeled
- Track and manage basic inventory
- Ensure demo/sample space is tidy and updated

4. Internal Coordination (15%)
- Prepare materials for client meetings or demo sessions
- Help plan simple team activities or internal events
- Set up meeting rooms and coordinate logistics

**Job Requirements**:

- Able to work at our office at least 3 times per week (2 days wfh to be informed week prior for planning purposes)
- Must be able to travel to office on your own (event day travels will be covered by the company)
- Must possess your own laptop, mobile phone with sufficient data for work)
- Must be willing to work at various locations apart from office, especially during event days
- Must be willing to travel (as and when required for events)
- Open to full-time positions post internship is a plus point

We’re looking for:

- A student or recent graduate looking for hands-on experience
- Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to roll up your sleeves, creative mind
- Good with basic office software (PowerPoint, Excel, Canva, OpenAI, etc.)
- Approachable, proactive, and a great team player who thrives in a fun environment

**Bonus points if you**:

- Have interest or experience in event production or design
- Can use simple photo/video editing apps
- Love working in fast-paced, creative environments
