**Requirement**:

- Bachelor/Diploma/Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) certificate in Electrical / Civil OR relevant field of **3-4 year working experience**:

- Knowledge in facilities maintenance in operation and maintenance
- Self starter with mínimal supervision

**Accountabilities**:

- Perform preventive, predicative, corrective, and periodic maintenance
- Carry out daily operation and maintenance works and ensure promptly respond to the maintenance repair request (work order) or breakdown notice in accordance to the priority and response time
- Record and feedback all the maintenance & repair request.

**Key Challenges**
- Hands-on skills in facilities maintenance
- Hands-on experience in Preventive Maintenance, Routine and Breakdown Maintenance work
- Ability to trouble-shoot civil/ electrical / mechanical problems
- Able to work under minimum supervision
- Willing to work depending on head of department

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month
