Maintain HR operational documents eg. Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and Guidelines, Service Agreements, Contracts of Employment, etc -Recruitment activities from screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, to offering, preparation and administering the signing of employment contracts -Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques -Support end to end life cycle for employees from on boarding to off boarding -Manage HR operations such as preparing and maintaining of personal files and records, payroll verification, tracking of service confirmation, contract expiry, etc -Manage holiday calendars and leave balance -Support employee engagement activities in the Company -Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations -Determines and recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation -Compliance with all government divisions -Review salary bands and benefits and make recommendations -Well versed in Labor Laws of Malaysia & latest recommendations by Government authorities -Experience in SQL Payroll will be an advantage -Assist in any other tasks assigned

As demand grew, the company was repositioned as a main contractor, and Akar Titanium Sdn Bhd was setup in June 2014, with renewed capital injection and directorships. Akar Titanium Sdn Bhd is a multi disciplined technology company. Ever since the incorporation, the company has established itself as a telecommunications infrastructure, construction and integration solutions provider, servicing major telecommunications network service providers in Malaysia. The company's experience and project focus speaks for itself, managing installations, equipment integration and site solutions for Digi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd (Digi) and Telekom Malaysia's Webe. The company is currently a Tier 2 CME contractor for Digi, soon to be upgraded to Tier 1 as a main contractor. Current active projects involve FTK Supply and Install new outdoor pole for Time dotCom and Telekom Malaysia Webe's radio access network modernization Project, dubbed the 'œLTE Deployment for Eastern Region'
