Functional
- To drive performance of Islamic product and services through active engagement with the Bank’s distribution network and SLA partners to ensure sales volume growth, revenue growth, portfolio growth, expense management, customer retention and credit quality.
- To drive and implement strategic initiatives and work alongside Conventional business unit to extend the reach and penetration of products into target markets which focus both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- To formulate and execute cross sell strategies to increase and drive multiple customer's product holding
- To develop a holistic acquisition and customer retention strategies across multiple touchpoints.
- To work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns that solidify the PFSi target audience and reach new customers and markets
- To drive digital customer journeys via data analytics and enhance Connect Islamic Finance UX/UI capabilities to strengthen HLISB brand positioning for PFS space via #Islamic
- To establish customer segments/personas and execute segmentation initiatives and strategies to increase customer engagement, improve relationships, and build brand equity
- To champion the customer segmentation-based offerings in recommending and products & services primarily for the Malay Muslims/Bumiputera customer segment
- Continuous engagement with key internal stakeholders to review processes and identify areas for improvements/ enhancements.

Managerial
- Thorough in assessing problems resolutions and able to make difficult decisions.
- A self-starter, independent, self-organized and able to work under tight deadlines.

Organizational
- Build sustainable business and key business driver’s management to achieve the topline revenue & profitability targets
- Drive the overall strategy, planning and implementation of PFSi product offerings across all sales channel
- Excellent organizational and co-ordination skills, intellectually curious.
- Possess dynamic and positive working attitude towards multi-tasking and proactively seeks out opportunities to advance and implement improvements.
- Carry budgeted P&L including cost managements.

Education/Qualification
- Minimum degree holder either in finance, accounting, banking or other related specialization.
- Malaysian Citizenship.

Experience
- At least 10 years’ experience in financial industry
- Prior exposure in formulate business strategies in financial services ecosystem is an added advantage.
- Experience in Islamic Finance is not mandatory but a plus.

Special Skills
- Ability to articulate strong presentations to senior management on the business strategies and proposals
- Able to identify and setting achievable goals, develop necessary strategies, and outlining the tasks and schedules on how to achieve the set goals.
- Creative, independent, resourceful and a confidence speaker
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
- Good proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
