Admin Assistant Cashier

To perform administrative work and office support for outlet head.
- To prepare reports, ensure other related administrative matters are in place.
- Effective follow
- through to ensure all documents are up tp date.
- To assist operations, documentation support, filing and records are in order.
- To perform a variety of tasks, such as answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, ordering office supplies, etc.
- Handle daily cash collection, credit card, and online transactions.
- Issue official receipts for all payments received.
- Ensure accuracy in recording transactions and balancing daily collections.
- Prepare daily cash reports and submit to the Accounts/Finance Department.
- Safeguard company funds and maintain proper documentation of all transactions.
- Assist in bank-in transactions and petty cash management.
- To perform any other related work as assigned from time to time by superior.
**Requirements**:
- Have diploma or degree in related field
- At least 2 years working experience in related field, those from Automotive background are preferred.
- Must know computer literacy
- Willing to learn and hardworking
- Must willing to work at Kulim
*PREFERRED EXPERIENCE IN AUTOMOTIVE FIELD*
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
