Business Support Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and respond to sales-related enquiries in a timely and professional manner to support customer satisfaction and internal workflow.
- Prepare, process, and manage sales documentation and customer orders accurately to ensure seamless fulfillment and delivery.
- Maintain organized records of sales interactions, customer feedback, and related data to support reporting and process improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to track order status, follow up on pending matters, and provide accurate updates to stakeholders.
- Support the General Manager with administrative tasks, meeting coordination, and follow-up actions to streamline operations.
**Job Requirements**
- A recognized Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments to support business goals.
- High attention to detail for accurate documentation, order processing, and reporting.
- Proficient in time management, capable of handling multiple enquiries and tasks simultaneously.
- Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive sales and customer information.
- Must be open to frequent travel, both locally and internationally, as required by the role.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
