The role of a Brand Manager involves a range of responsibilities focused on developing, maintaining, and promoting a brand to ensure its success in the market. - Brand Strategy Development: Developing a clear and comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the client company's overall business goals. This involves defining the brand's target audience, positioning, messaging, and value proposition.
- Market Research: Conducting market research to gain insights into consumer preferences, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. Using this information to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
- Product Launches: Planning and executing successful product launches, including defining product positioning, messaging, and promotional strategies to create maximum impact in the market.
- Advertising and Promotion: Developing and implementing advertising and promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility and awareness. This may involve traditional media (TV, radio, print) as well as digital platforms (social media, online ads).
- Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including creative team to ensure that all aspects of the brand are aligned and cohesive.
- Budget Management: Creating and managing the brand's marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to different marketing initiatives while monitoring ROI.
- Brand Guidelines: Developing and maintaining brand guidelines that provide clear instructions on how to use the brand's visual elements, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Customer Engagement: Developing strategies to engage customers and foster brand loyalty through loyalty programs, customer feedback channels, and personalized experiences.
New Business Development: Identifying new market opportunities and potential extensions for the brand, whether through new product offerings or expansion into new geographical regions.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years working experience in a similar capacity
- Possess degree or diploma in advertising, marketing or business admin
- Possess good command of English and able to do presentation to our clients.
- Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm to excel in this role.
