We're looking for a Brand Assistant Manager / Team Lead to champion our brand's portfolio, driving brand performance, strengthening market presence and delivering meaningful consumer connections. In this role, you'll shape brand direction, manage cross-functional initiatives and work closely with internal teams and external partners to bring powerful brand ideas to life, from packaging and innovation to campaigns and activations.

What You'll Do

Brand Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute annual brand plans to reinforce positioning, drive market share and accelerate category growth.
  • Translate brand purpose and vision into actionable marketing strategies that connect with target consumers.

Campaign & Activation Management

  • Lead the planning and rollout of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, in-store and on-ground platforms.
  • Collaborate with creative, media and digital agencies to deliver impactful campaigns and activations that build brand equity and boost sales.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D and Supply Chain to align marketing initiatives with commercial objectives.
  • Drive New Product Development (NPD) and innovation projects from concept ideation through to successful launch.

Consumer Insights & Performance Tracking

  • Leverage market data, consumer research and competitive intelligence to guide strategic decisions.
  • Monitor brand performance, campaign effectiveness and ROI to ensure data-driven decision-making.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and mentor a small brand team, fostering collaboration, creativity and accountability.
  • Ensure smooth coordination across functions and stakeholders for seamless project execution.

What We're Looking For

  • 5–8 years of proven experience in brand management, ideally within the FMCG sector.
  • Candidates with a background in food FMCG will be given preference.
  • Strong grasp of marketing strategy, consumer behavior and brand development principles.
  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end campaign management and new product launches.
  • Exposure to new product development (NPD) or product innovation is an advantage.
  • Exceptional communication, planning and project management skills.
  • A creative yet analytical mindset, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
